Prices

Weekends are three nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).  Phone or e-mail us for details for this and other midweek deals.  Please ask for Christmas and New Year rates.

General terms and conditions

• Heating/electricity and Logs are included  in the rental price

• The house is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask guests to vacate the house by 10am on the day of departure, although this is flexible with prior arrangement.

• A 20% non refundable deposit is payable on booking, the balance (plus a £100 refundable cheque against breakage’s) is due 6 weeks before holiday commences.

• You will be welcomed by our housekeeper at a prearranged time (contact details will be made available prior to your stay).

• All beds have duvets and pillows, you will need to bring bed linen and towels (1 king size, 1 double and 2 singles).  Alternatively we can provide these at an extra cost payable locally.

• You will find the house clean and tidy and we expect guests to leave it as they found it.

• Alternatively, we can offer the services of our housekeeper to clear up after your visit @ €64 payable directly to the housekeeper.

• There is no Smoking in the house, and regretfully no pets please.
